Costs The costs for our multi-storey car parks are determined by the following factors:   a. Topography, foundation soil b. Ground plan and symmetry c. Number of staircases and lifts d. Façade design e. Number of parking spaces The costs for a standard multi-storey car park with 300 parking spaces, normal foundation and functional façade, are approximately 5.000,-- € plus VAT per parking space (valid for Germany). The costs may vary depending on the general set-up.
