Earthwork, Draining and Reinforced Concrete Works Electric Installation and Lighting Heating

Heating

The heating is managed by a gas air heater. The basis of design is DIN 4701.

The average internal temperature is 18°C during operation time, during the nights (in non-operating times) the temperature can be reduced to 13°C. The temperatures will remain over the dew point.

The heating system is designed for an outside temperature of -12°C. The ventilation is about half of the hall volume.

Our services include the following:

One or two gas air heater (depending on the hall dimension and type) with a performance of 43-100 KW. 5-10 ventilating fans will be installed, as needed, for the warm air ventilation.

The heating temperature control is managed by an electronic thermo regulator for day/night and week time operation together with a temperature difference control device (speed control) for ceilings and public areas as well as an operating switch and continuous ventilation.

The system will be installed ready for work on the customer’s gas supply in the hall.

Installation of all necessary electric mains for the control of the air heater including all control units and temperature probes is included.
Specific characteristics of the air heater:

The operating times and non-operating times can be entered in the timer which is integrated in the control unit.

The warm air ventilation will decrease the temperature rise in the ceiling areas. Thermal energy will not be accumulated near the roof; it is lead into the public areas where it is needed.

In this way, even light warmth or sun warmth is used in the best possible way. The system works independently (via thermo regulator). The temperature difference between the hall roff and the public areas is 1.5 Kelvin (°C) max.

Even at cold spots the temperature will, due to the warm air ventilation, not fall under the dew point.. This means that condensation problems will not occur.
